There are hundreds of PE firms that are interested in buying SaaS search-funded business. It's important to match your business with their profile. Each fund has their own profile of ARR range (can be 5-20, 10-50M) looking, the growth / EBITDA profile looking for (some want at least 30% growth but only want break-even, others want 10% ), and check characteristics (minority or majority position, primary or primary/secondary capital).
