I have a client who is buying a business (~$20MM) and the seller wants to be paid in crypto (a specified mix, but mostly in $BTC and $ETH). I feel like this is a very strange ask, as the business is SaaS but nowhere near crypto/blockchain. Has anyone had this request, and I feel like we should just reject it out of hand due to the extra steps and we're paying him cash. Thoughts?
