Looking for someone that is capable of scaling my recruiting company, American Career Search, utilizing our strategy, process and 30 years of success. We focus on exclusive retained searches and want to expand this offering in a highly needed market segment. I own the company 100% and much of my time is spent on executive/board searches with strategy and M&A. In order to scale the company I need a highly creative operator that can focus on executing strategy and scaling the company. Target is $9.5m Revenue and projected EBITDA is $6.7m within 36 months.
