Partner for South Florida multi unit fast casual deal

Hi all, I have a multi-unit fast casual franchise in South Florida under LOI (no, not subway). It’s a known brand / system - but I’m not in a position to take on the deal personally at the moment. Any one interested? - ebitda: ~1.5–$1.7m - valuation: 3.8x - One of the owner’s children manages ops and is interested in staying on with a small equity stake. - No prior franchise experience is required… In fact, one of the major upsides is that this deal provides a first step into the franchise restaurant ladder… typically closed off to industry outsiders.
