I am looking to buy out my business partner. This post is to simply gather basic advice like things to look out for, strategies, financing recommendations, etc. The business is in B2B niche distribution/retail and the partner has a very minimal role in operations. We've recently invested heavily in technology and marketing so the cash flow of the business is less than $200k/year.
