Partial Buyout of a $1.5M EBITDA deal for 6X

Hey Searchfunder, Hoping to tap into the community for some help. Working on a deal where the Founder is selling his portion of the business, which is 67%. The rest of the management team wants to retain their stake and rollover. The 67% comes out to $6M. Now that SBA makes it near impossible to do a deal with rollover equity, looking for alternatives that can get this done. Any advice?

I would be happy to take a look and see if we can assist you with it. One thing to keep in mind is if the partners not selling their shares are not getting anything from the other partners sale, and each of their ownership will be under 20%, they are not required to guarantee under the new SBA rules.
