Partenea's first close: Misterplan

We want to announce that we have successfully closed the acquisition of Misterplan.com, a B2B SaaS for hotels and apartments with 40%+ EBITDA margins, 3% annual churn, 30%+ growth and a very scalable product.
As a former CEO in the Soccer Industry, I never imagined ETA would make me feel so close to the adrenaline of a transfer window. Since securing the deal (LOI signed), we've been working very hard to build a team of A-players (cap table), negotiating with agents (investors) against a very clear deadline (end of exclusivity).
We want to thank the Searchfunder platform and welcome investors from the community into the cap table. We were ultimately oversubscribed and able to assemble a team positioned to max the value of this transaction. That team reflects the strength of the independent sponsor model, combining SaaS experts, hospitality industry veterans, ETA specialists, and renowned family offices, all brought together specifically for this deal.
This is a growth project that is already exceeding expectations on cash generation and upsell potential. We are very excited for what's next at Misterplan and for the rest of Partenea's deals.
Partenea is an independent sponsor operating deal-by-deal. We are already working on our next transaction and we'd be happy to start connecting with investors interested in this model.
