Remote Opportunity: M&A Deal Sourcing Interns (Part-Time) Location: Remote Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours/week) Team Size: Hiring 3–5 Interns Compensation: Paid 🚀 About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented M&A Deal Sourcing Interns to join our remote team. This internship is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance. You will work closely with our acquisition team to identify, research, and evaluate target companies for potential investment or acquisition. 🛠️ Responsibilities: Conduct market research and build target lists of potential acquisition candidates Analyze industry trends and identify high-potential verticals Reach out to business owners and investment bankers via email and LinkedIn Track outreach and lead progress in CRM tools Assist with preliminary financial and operational assessments of target companies Support team members in preparing internal reports and memos 📌 Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Strong interest in Private Equity, M&A, or Investment Banking Solid understanding of basic financial and valuation concepts Excellent communication and analytical skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus 🎯 What You’ll Gain: Hands-on exposure to the private equity deal flow process Direct experience with company sourcing and outreach Mentorship from experienced investors and deal professionals A strong resume credential in the finance and investing field ?
