SBA 7a loan with pari passu bank funding?

Hello All,

I have found a deal that I expect to cloes between 7 and 8M. Does anyone here have experience with doing an SBA 7a loan with pari passu bank funding? 

Any resources you could share / banks that play in this space would be helpful!
