Owner-operator seeking $650K-$875K (term + LOC) to refinance expensive short-term capital: growing EMS company
Not a search, I own and operate the business. Licensed ambulance/EMS company in our third year, about 40 W-2 employees, about 20 vehicles. First-half 2026 revenue was $1.87M, July sits at $378K with three days still to bill, on pace to pass June's record month, and we're pacing $4.3M+ this year against $3.28M inredactedGrowth is contract-driven: we now hold agreements with the #1 and #2 private ambulance companies in the nation, a new agency overflow contract is already sending us volume, and we have the intent to award in hand on a state fair EMS contract with terms in final negotiation.
The need: a $500K to $725K term loan to retire merchant cash advancesredactedfactor paper taken during a billing transition; weekly collections have more than tripled since billing came in-house), plus a $150K to $250K working-capital line for payroll during the ramp. The file is bank-grade: normalized monthly P&Ls, source-built balance sheet, 12 months of statements, full debt schedule; the advances being refinanced carry no UCC filings of record, and the only lien on receivables is our factoring facility. Personal guarantee on the table.
Timeline is the whole game: the working-capital line needs to be in place within 8 days, the two advances carry early-payoff discounts worth about $106K that expire August 19 and 23, we hold preliminary bank terms in the high single digits plus a private credit indication, and this goes with whoever closes first. Also open to a bridge-to-SBA 7a structure, which I know several shops here run.
