I'm the founder and chef-owner of a Southwest Florida hospitality group with three operating entities: a full-service catering company (about 100 weddings and 200+ events a year), an upscale chef-driven restaurant, and a coffee business. I built it over roughly 7 years, starting as a dishwasher and teaching myself the craft. The business has real momentum, and I'd like to bring in a strong operator who can take it from where it is to something much bigger. I plan to stay involved, but I'm open to a wide range of structures, including a CEO or president role with meaningful equity, a partnership, or something in between.
