As we continue to grow, we're looking to partner with exceptional operators who want to acquire, lead, and grow lower middle market businesses as Owner-CEOs. We're actively pursuing businesses across a wide range of industries, typically in the $1M–$5M EBITDA range. While we're industry agnostic, we look for businesses with strong recurring customer relationships, differentiated market positions, and opportunities for long-term operational growth. What we bring: • Deal sourcing across Texas • Transaction structuring and seller negotiations • Equity capital raising and debt financing • Management of the majority of the diligence process, while allowing operators to participate as much as they prefer • Hands-on support after closing across strategy, growth, recruiting, marketing, technology, finance, and operations • The ability to source, evaluate, structure, and execute future add-on acquisitions, allowing our operators to stay focused on leading the business • Active board-level partnership and long-term support Who we're looking for: • Experienced operators (President, GM, COO, VP, Director, Plant Manager, or other senior operating leaders) • Strong P&L ownership and operational leadership experience • Desire to step into a CEO and ownership role • Willingness to invest personal capital alongside us • Long-term mindset (5–10+ years) • Texas-based or willing to relocate within Texas We invest on a deal-by-deal basis and partner closely with operators to build significant long-term equity value together. Unlike many search fund models, we source the opportunities, lead much of the acquisition process, raise the capital, coordinate financing, and remain actively involved after closing to help operators build exceptional businesses.
