My partner and I recently acquired a home services platform across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. We own the business outright and are seeking $1m+ of equity capital to support liquidity and strengthen the balance sheet for near term operational needs. We are in the middle of a turnaround and have already cut over $1m in annualized expenses. The business is near breakeven and would be profitable absent the typical holiday slowdown. At its peak, the company generated nearly $2m of annual EBITDA. We are on site every day and working full time to stabilize operations and return the business to profitability.
