Outsourcing parts of your search to other countries

Hi there,

Has anyone outsourced parts of their search process to other lower cost countries? Search different sites to build the top of funnel, ensure the deals meet the pre-defined criteria (geographical constraints), sign NDA, ask for CIMs.

Let me know if this makes sense, you did this, it was helpful, any other advice

^redacted‌ I did it in the past an my experience has been that outsourcing part of the funnel to lower cost countries works only for the pure lead generation exercise. Things start to get complex we you need to train people on what certain documents are and how to pick winners based on the data they collect.
