Outsourced CFO and accounting firm - $500k EBITDA 3.5x; seeking capital to acquire

I'm in touch with a preferred equity investment opportunity to acquire a U.S.-based outsourced CFO and accounting firm at a 3.5x EBITDA multiple. The business has a 25% EBITDA margin and has sticky relationships with PE firms. The owner is open to rolling and is committed to staying on for however many years requested. Favorable debt terms are in place, and the acquirer is seeking $1M in preferred equity to close the deal.
