Unpaid, internship academic credit supported Edith Capital is a private acquisition firm focused on buying and permanently operating established, independently-owned small businesses across New York, South Florida, and Atlanta. This is not a corporate internship. The core of this role is proprietary outreach - cold calling and emailing business owners directly on behalf of a live acquisition search. If you are not comfortable picking up the phone and talking to business owners, this is not the right fit. If you are, this is one of the most direct and practical ways to learn how small business acquisitions actually get sourced. What you'll work on: - Cold calling and emailing business owners across our target markets and verticals - Tracking outreach activity and pipeline progress in HubSpot - Supporting relationship management and on-market deal screening We will give you a professional Edith Capital email address, as well as access to the CRM, and Phone Lines.
