Dear all, How do you streamline the outreach approach to targets? Currently working with the following: notion = lead CRM, chrome add-on people-to-notion to save people from linkedin into the database, hunter.io to verify mails, kaspr to get emails. But I am struggling to automate the outreaches in a good way (not general outreaches but tailored & high quality). What tools to you use to do good mail outreaches and linkedin outreaches? thanks Simon

Hi Simon, spend time on a great message. You're not just trying to be efficient, you want a high conversion rate. And the best messaging comes naturally, like a great conversation. That said, I scraped my list and used Polymail with 2 sequences. I got a 10% conversion rate. And everyone who replied said my email sounded less like a scam.

Hi Simon. A tool I'm using for linked-in outreach is Dripify. Defining your ICP and tailoring your messaging, offer is the most important though. For cold outreach, lead list building we use a combination of apollo, and clay.
