Anyone looked at rolling up orthodontic practices? I'm looking at one and would like to run it by folks who have expertise in ortho or the broader dental space.

Joshua, if you don’t mind me asking: Do you have some cases of them going wrong, of which I can draw some things not to do? Speaking to successful managers in that field isn’t enough for my current research. Thanks a lot in advance!

Have an oral surgeon friend of mine doing it. Lenders generally more wary of non dentist owned DSO rollups due to lots of bad ones done by PE. Especially in peds-medicaid.
