Optimizing a Stock Purchase Structure

Hello fellow searchers, due to non-transferrable contracts with a flooring business I am buying, I need to do a stock purchase instead of an asset purchase. The entity I will be buying is an LLC. Anyone know how to best structure a stock purchase to limit liabilities, etc.? Any tips, suggestions, etc. are greatly appreciated - thank you!
