Update 7/28: Hey all! I've gotten a lot of interest in this but don't want to inundate the seller, so am going to pause sending intros at this time. I will definitely pass on other proprietarily-sourced set-aside businesses I see in the future! (and also please post your WOSB's to the community as well!)

Original:

I'm a searcher and through my cold-outreach process connected with a business owner interested in selling his business - he and his partners are looking to retire.

- The business is a technology government contractor based in Virginia
- They had about 2M in EBITDA (16M revenue) in 2020
- They are a SDVOSB - a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. All of their contracts are for set aside for veteran or service-disabled veteran owned businesses
- A potential buyer should be a veteran at a minimum (not sure if they should be service-disabled as I don't know what % of their contracts are under which set aside)

I cannot pursue this company because I'm not a veteran. (but send me your women-owned small businesses please :) ). If you're a veteran and would like to learn more, reach out and we can figure out a finder's fee for if the deal ultimately closes.
