As fixed debt starts to mature, and banking issues loom, what areas are most fruitful for exploration?

Which areas have experienced most debt fueled aggregation plays?

Anyone had success with a debt fund or bank that might want to foreclose on a business? If so please share anything you are willing to share about how to execute this strategy.

Bump. I'm very curious to see if anyone is seeing anything relevant to the interest rates.

Personally, the SMB owners I've spoken with of the "boomer" generation are generally proud to be completely debt-free.
