Hi, I am starting to develop my searching habits including which deal sites to check and how frequently. I therefore wanted to see which deal sites people use. Obviously there is BizBuySell, but I'm also curious about: 1. What other sites people prefer and why, for example: Kumo, Axial, DealMatch, DealStream, Rejigg, etc. 2. How many sites do people feel it is worth checking before you just start seeing the same deals across all of them? 3. How frequently do you check the sites for new postings? 4. Of the paid ones, how many people find them worth the cost and why/why not?

You should check out Baton (full disclosure, I co-founded Baton!). All of our listings are exclusive — you will likely see them posted on Axial and Kumo since we have partnerships with both of them. But our platform is free for buyers, we act as a sell-side advisor & charge the seller a success fee. We have nearly 2k off-market and for sale listings.

Calling up and maintaining relationships with local brokers is critical. Helps you learn the most important part of the role which is acting with urgency.
