I'm looking to hire our next technical sales leader. I'm just kicking off the project and I'd like to explore how a recruiting firm may be able to help me. Our company is located in Los Angeles and the candidate will need to be here but I'd imagine the recruiting firm could be anywhere in the country. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just pinging this post since it popped up on my feed. Recruiting and strategies to identify someone that can achieve the board and company objective is difficult. Happy to shed more light on this.

Location is not as critical to where the recruiter resides, but the expertise and ability to identify, engage and bring top leaders that are interested and aligned with your expectations in your area.
