Operator-led buyer with an existing manufacturing and operating platform in Panama (ftz)
I acquire and operate consumer brands with complex supply chains, primarily bulky and logistics-heavy categories (e.g., mattresses and other large-format consumer goods) sold via Amazon-first or DTC channels.
I currently operate manufacturing and export facilities supplying the U.S. market. This provides an established production, logistics, and cross-border operating base that I integrate acquired brands into post-acquisition.
I focus on businesses that are operationally viable but structurally inefficient — where margin pressure is driven by manufacturing geography, freight costs, tariffs, or tax leakage rather than weak demand.
Value creation comes from manufacturing relocation or integration, FTA optimization, Panama-based structuring, and disciplined Amazon execution — not marketing arbitrage or multiple expansion.
