Operator for hire in Philadelphia

Hi All - I have a friend who is looking for an operator role with a PE backed company, though it must be in the Philadelphia area.

They currently manage a $75m business within a large corporation with multiple direct reports and numerous team members under management. I am certain they have the operational and leadership chops to run an SMB.

They are looking to make $200k+ in addition to bonus and/or equity.
