Hi everyone — I’m an operations and engineering leader currently supporting a PE-backed medical device manufacturer undergoing a complex revitalization. I joined the business five years ago in an engineering role, leading a brownfield construction project through startup. Since then, my responsibilities have expanded to include staffing, revenue modeling, P&L ownership, executive sponsorship of large capital projects, and overall operational performance. Through this experience, I’ve realized my long-term goal is to own and operate a business, ideally within the construction or service sector. I’ve been actively exploring opportunities over the past several months, with a current focus on the Columbus, Ohio area.
