Operations summer Intern to full-time

A-1 is a 60-year-old commercial electrical and lighting contractor serving New England. I bought the business recently and am rebuilding the back office from the ground up — new systems, new vendor relationships, new service lines (EV charging, national accounts). Looking for someone to work alongside me on whatever needs doing: - Building out quoting, invoicing, and job-tracking workflows - Running point on specific projects (we just won a 62-site EV charger rollout across six states) - Vendor and customer outreach, contract review, rate negotiation - Reporting, route planning, finding the gaps and filling them This is a real operating role at a small business, not a structured internship. There isn't much between you and the work. If you're searching, considering an acquisition, or want hands-on exposure to running a traditional services business, you'll get plenty of it.
