Operations Liason and Shop Foreman

Looking for someone who is ready to experience the operations side of the journey, to truly understand that it gets harder before it gets even harder in the ETA world. I am looking for someone with management experience, who understands how to maintain a warehouse full of large machinery, can assist with permitting and compliance, hop on project calls with clients, promote sales and streamline processes, and is ready to work for a boss who is about to be out of the office very regularly. Brings an attitude of "I will figure out how to solve it" to every situation and be ready to be challenged. This will be a true immersion in the small business operations world of custom manufacturing. Most of the team are Spanish speakers and ability to communicate with everyone is a must!
