Operations Leader

I run a healthcare training and certification platform. Our first acquisition was the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners in January 2023, followed by the acquisition of Community Training Connection in October###-###-#### We have a robust M&A pipeline and anticipate closing 1-3 deals per year for the next ~5yrs. As such, we’re actively seeking an operations leader to join the team in the coming months to support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate would have at least 7-8yrs of experience and possess strong executive instincts (i.e. able to make decisions quickly, lead teams, push things forward under tight timelines, etc.).
