Operating Partner - Significant Equity, Salary & Upside

We source, acquire and fund acquisitions. We provide C-level support to our Operators, as needed.

I'm currently looking for solid Operating Partners who will retain significant equity, salary & upside in the business we acquire.
Target #1: a seasoned brand of hardware related products with sales primarily via Amazon FBA.
Target #2: a sports related product company selling via their eCommerce site to a niche customer base.

Both have EBITDA of around $2M.
