We're hiring an Operating Partner, reporting to the President, to lead post-close integration across multiple simultaneous acquisitions and support future deal execution. Required background:•Private equity fund experience•Led a platform company as GP or managing partner •Direct ownership of acquisition and capital decisions•Personally closed and integrated multiple add-on acquisitions•Successfully grew and exited a platform (strategic or PE sale)•Logistics, transportation, 3PL, or industrials experience preferred but not required if roll-up track record is strong Equity participation, compensation discussed based on fit.
