We are looking for a strong operator who can standardize and build repeatable processes so that we can focus on scaling and acquiring similar businesses across the US. The operator gets the opportunity to work with top talents that have scaled products and businesses worth more than $100M+ P/L in top companies and also the ability to earn equity over time in a Holdco while helping to grow and scale the business model.
