We’re looking for an entrepreneurial woman sales leader who wants to own and run a business—not simply take another sales job. Because the Operating Partner will hold genuine ownership and exercise day-to-day control, the ownership structure must support the company’s woman-owned certification. The right person will: • Lead business development and build a small sales team • Be comfortable selling to government, commercial and blue-collar customers • Bring strong organization, follow-through and leadership • Be hands-on, resourceful and excited by the responsibility of ownership • Live in California, ideally Southern California We partner with talented operators seeking to transition into business ownership.
