Operating Partner / CEO wanted for UK acquisitions – Equity role

Hi all, We at ST3 Group (www.st3.group) are looking to partner with a Searchfunder on one of our upcoming acquisitions in the UK. We provide deal sourcing, capital raising, acquisition financing, and strategic support (especially around digital transformation) — and we’re looking for someone who can step into an Operating Partner / CEO role, with meaningful equity participation in line with the traditional searchfund model. We have two strong UK B2B services businesses in the built environment sector in our pipeline — one based in Newcastle, the other in Telford. Both are long-established, profitable companies now facing a generational ownership transition, and in need of new leadership to take them forward.
