Operating Partner

Hello, My partners and I own two dog kennels in Houston, TX. Collectively, they’re doing $750k a year revenue and a bottom line of $200k. We are looking at adding an additional property to the platform of $1M in revenue and $250k in bottom line. We are looking for an operating partner to come in and help optimize the current businesses as well as help integrate the new location. $250k for 40% of the equity in the business. Both early locations had SBA debt, which is held by current partners and would not be required by the new partner. The newest location integration would be donators to the platform for some equity.
