Operating Partner

We are putting to put together a holding company that will make small acquisitions of primarily services companies. We are looking to meet with people who might want to be the manager of the operating companies day to day for a salary & a share of the profits/equity. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of operating company experience in services as we are going to be focused on the classic Pool Service / HVAC / etc. deals primarily in Florida or Vegas.
