Hi All, curious if anyone has thoughts on the idea of working as an operator (CEO, GM, etc.) prior to acquiring a company. Jumping from a full-time W2 career to being an owner/operator is my goal, but sometimes I wonder if working as an operator while I search would be an interesting bridge path to learn, network and be more confident in my operating skills once I close.
