I've seen a few questions on here regarding experience working with different brokers so we recently started an online brokerage review to cover this. It's mostly a way to have a conversation with various brokerages and understand what they do best, types of businesses they specialize in, available financing, their vetting processing, and more.
We've published two reviews thus far but have quite a few more on the way so if this is helpful or if there are any brokers you'd like for us to review, please let me know and we'll keep pushing this intitiave further.

It would be helpful if there was a way to get feedback from buyers and sellers as to their experience with a particular broker./brokerage.
There also seems to be a lot of craziness with regard to Sellers Discretionary Earnings (SDE) where by the valuations are amplified by these brokers which creates some unrealistic expectations for the sellers. Actual feedback would be a tremendous value to buyers as well as sellers.
