Pre-Suasion by Robert Cialdini has giving me great insights and improved my sales and selling skills. Using his techniques to promote, direct and steer customers has brought fun to customer interaction leading to a very positive outcome. I have noticed a marked improvement in my listening skills also catching myself waiting to catch trigger phases which keep me in the conversation. Overall a easy read and very practical tool, recommended.
