A couple weeks ago, a prospective client, a Seller seeking a Sell-side R&W policy inquired about coverage for a transaction that already closed. "No Problem" I responded. As long as you have no knowledge of any potential issue with the Buyer - you're good. That's when I learned the Seller was in fact in trouble with his Buyer in a "classic case" of Buyer's Remorse.
