Ok. I'm so excited. I have to share this.

I've never done a deal. Been trying to enter aged care and assisted living for 4 months.

Started a second roll up in a different industry.

After my 7th cold call i found an amazingly profitable business.

They asked for cash upfront.

I decided to go and meet them face to face. Took some gifts.

Asked for vendor finance. BANG! They said that works perfect.

I cannot contain my excitement.

Deal's not done yet but jeez. Seller is super motivated. So am i.
