I've never done a deal. Been trying to enter aged care and assisted living for 4 months.

Started a second roll up in a different industry.

After my 7th cold call i found an amazingly profitable business.

They asked for cash upfront.

I decided to go and meet them face to face. Took some gifts.

Asked for vendor finance. BANG! They said that works perfect.

I cannot contain my excitement.

Deal's not done yet but jeez. Seller is super motivated. So am i.

Woop Woop!!! YEEEHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Congratulations, Daniel. Vendor financed my first deals on profitable companies as well. As you have proven here, it often comes down to finding the right opportunity and making the personal connection.
