Anybody here looking into oil change franchise businesses? I was hoping to do a rollup model in this segment but increase of EV vehicles (that do not need conventional oil changes) and manufacturer specific oil with high inventory costs make it seem like this is a shrinking industry with decreasing margins.
I could be wrong in my assessment and hope to hear from people who are more familiar with the segment.
