Offering freelance consulting as a self-funded searcher

Hi all,

Yesterday was the last day of my full-time employment at a private equity fund. Today is the first day of my full-time search as a self-funded searcher in Germany!

Over the past weeks, I have juggled PE work with talking to searchers, investors, and advisors, as well as building a target pipeline. We progressed way faster than expected and I am looking forward to the next months.

I am offering freelance consulting services to PE companies / VC firms and start-ups to somewhat have an income for the time of the search. However, this also goes for searchers and funds that invest. If your search criteria do not contradict ours (e.g., searching targets with 1-2m EBITDA in Germany), I am happy to help! Specifically, I can help with:

- Market Research
- Investor Presentation / PPM preparation
- Building Longlists of target companies
- Financial modeling
