Curious if anyone has example LOI/offer presentation decks I could get some ideas from? When submitting an LOI, we want to do a meeting with the current owners and go through the high-level points. We want to drive home points like how there are similar values, transition plans, and go through the rationale for the offer price/terms. Any advice on this? Would be great to see any sample decks too. We've got one but would love to get ideas from others.

Was there a broker involved? They may have a process letter that lists out the key items to include. I would start with a summary of you and why you're the right buyer while then including sections below of key deal terms of the agreement.
