Thanks for the tag, ^redacted‌! ^redacted‌ is well aware of my off-market approach as we're local friends and I "bother" her about it regularly. lol

It might also be helpful to ask how many people feel their approach to off-market deal origination is effective and what, if anything, they wish was different/easier to understand and execute pertaining to off-market deal origination.

That being said - happy to discuss anything that comes up around off-market deal flow as it's my preferred approach.
