Several distribution centers across both countries. The use a razor blade model, sell the "machinery" for a lower margin, sell the refills at a higher margin, but also increased volume. Client concentration is less than 7%, with mostly a long tail base. Supplier concentration is high for one supplier, due to a hand shake exclusivity for North-America that has been a win win for the last 10 years.
