Nonrecourse business acquisition debt financing in AU

Is there any acquisition debt financing or capital raising party in this group willing to fund business acquisitions in Australia? We have a pipeline of professional business acquisitions in Sydney and QLD and it does not make sense for us to go through traditional lending institutions. Looking for strong financial partners that would work with us in this journey. All targets have substantial assets with good profits.
