Commercial plumbing is a different beast. 90 days average A/R, working capital over $5M for the numbers you are quoting. Plus be prepared to sign over your life for bonding, plus retainage payments always seem to take longer than expected. There is a reason PE is not in this space, which is not a bad thing, just make sure you're financially prepared for very little cash flow for years.
