so with all the rich resources & help from this community, started last year - built 3 connected businesses - Aquatics, Hardscapes, Outdoor living - 80% B2B repeat biz - $20M revenues with $2M ebitda , growing 3X thru organic & acquisitions - bootstrapped with $2.5M own capital, now need growth capital - a) anyone interested to invest pls reach out for simple equity stake, and/or b) need advice from community on best way to structure/ value/ target to make sense for right investors, as this is not your typical acquisition, SBA, etc model: its a holdco with high growth and low acquisition risk
