Commercial & Industrial Lenders.

I have a commercial loan broker license and specialize in helping (new and existing) business owners acquire cashflow businesses.

I attended commercial lending conference recently, but most of the lenders were SBA loans. We're avoiding SBA lenders.

Could anyone recommend Non-SBA Lenders for C&I Businesses?

Try speaking to Live Oak Bank. They do both SBA and C&I simultaneously in transactions where the limits exceed SBA requirements, and do full transactions with only C&I loans. We are doing a closing with one like that currently. Helps close the deals that otherwise would not qualify in other banks in their C&I groups.

Pete, send me an email and I'll get some info over to you. Our minimum loan amount is $1 million. If you have a specific deal for me to look at send the info. Send to: redacted
